Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to your use of yikytrend.com and to every order you place with YikyTrend ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns page are part of these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are buying a gift for a child, you are the buyer and the toy is for the child's use under your supervision.

Our products

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and handmade or plush items can vary a little from photo to photo. Products that respond to sound or touch do so as described on the product page, and nothing more.

Please read each product page for age recommendations, batteries and care instructions. Many of our products contain small parts and are not suitable for young children unless the product page says so.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you that your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Please check your details at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed. Shipping is free on every order. Payment is taken when you place your order through PayPal or another payment method we offer.

Import duties or taxes charged by customs in your country, if any, are set by customs and are not included in our prices.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and the Gulf countries. Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 days to the US, 5 to 8 days to the UK and 6 to 10 days to the Gulf. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs or carrier delays can add time. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us.

Lost or damaged orders

If tracking shows your package is lost, we will refund your order. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and once we have checked it, we will refund your order. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Cancelling and returns

In the UK, you can cancel your order within 14 days after it arrives, without giving a reason. Email us and we will send return instructions. You then have 14 days to send the item back at your own cost, in the condition you received it. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back.

In the US and the Gulf, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. The lost and damaged order rules above still apply.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be waived.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping, no fraudulent orders, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, images and logos on yikytrend.com belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for personal use and to shop with us, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, and as far as the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The site is provided "as is", and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
