YikyTrend ("we", "us", "our") runs the online store at yikytrend.com. We decide how and why your personal information is used, which makes us the "controller" under data protection laws such as the GDPR.

• To answer your questions and requests. (Our legitimate interest in running the shop, or your request.)

• To understand how the site is used and to show our products on other platforms. (Your consent, where the law requires it.)
• To send marketing emails. (Only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.)

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we rely on payment providers that secure card payments. No website can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep your devices up to date.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on the site.
